At Crispus Attucks Children's Center, we nurture and care for each child individually, helping them grow up strong and smart. Every day, our trained teachers guide your children through a range of multi-sensory activities that help them learn, share, and most of all enjoy their childhood. From babies as young as 1.5 months to boisterous pre-schoolers up to age six, Crispus Attucks Children's Center is there to guide your child through all stages of their development.
Crispus Attucks Children's Center was named after patriot and former slave Crispus Attucks, the first American killed in the Boston Massacre in 1770. Located in the heart of Boston's Roxbury and North Dorchester neighborhoods on a 2.5-acre campus, CACC is one of the largest providers of infant and toddler care in all of Boston. The Center is licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care and is a partner in Boston Public Schools' Universal Pre-K program.
One of our objectives with each student is to teach them the joy of knowledge, and instill in them how to learn in the classroom. These skills will help them remain engaged and prosper in their future academic careers and social development.
The CACC program has a strong base in the academic curriculum, but we also recognize that future success means supporting not only the child but also the child’s family and the entire community. Families come first at CACC and are supported by a Director of Family Engagement & Enrollment, who works with families to help you achieve your goals. Tracking student success beyond graduation...
CACC is in the process of developing a plan to track the performance of students after they graduate from CACC to make sure that we are doing everything possible to prepare our students for kindergarten and beyond. Our plan is to track educational outcomes for up to four years after students leave CACC.
